Security is the PriorityPassword protected sharing ensures your documents never fall into the wrong hands. The password notifications are sent by text to the signing agent handling the loan closing.
File Activity AlertsInstant email notification when the notary signing agent downloads the shared file(s). The notary signing agent is alerted by text when file(s) are ready for download.
Large File CapabilityNo longer worry about large files not getting to the notary signing agent. You can add up to 5 files with a maximum of 40 MB and without having to download any software to your computer.
HOW IT WORKS
Your Documents
Add the files you want to send. Up to 5 files and 40 MB maximum.
Sharing Mode
Select the way you want to share the file(s).
Sender's Email Address
Entering your email address allows you to receive confirmation of files sent and confirmation of download by the notary signing agent.
Recipient's Email Address
Type in the email address(s) of the person(s) you are sending the files to.
Notary Signing Agent's Number
Enter the notary signing agent’s mobile number and a text message will be sent with the password you created to access the shared file.
Message
Write a message to the notary signing agent.
Secure Password
Create a password for the notary signing agent to access the shared files.
Share!
Then simply hit the share button and you’re done. It’s simple, secure and free of charge.
